Terms of service
Dreamlist Leads is a registered Florida fictitious name based in Zephyrhills, Florida. By purchasing a list or requesting a free sample, you agree to these terms.
What you're buying
We sell researched prospect lists of businesses in the niche and area you choose. Each lead includes, where published, the business name, owner or manager name, a business email we have verified, a short note on one marketing weak spot, and a suggested opening line. Lists are delivered as a spreadsheet by email.
Packages and payment
- Starter: 50 leads, $97, one time
- Standard: 100 leads, $150, one time
- Monthly Refresh: 100 new leads each month, $129/month, billed monthly until you cancel
- Exclusive Territory: one agency per niche per city, +50% on any package
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
Delivery
After payment, reply with your niche and target area. We deliver your list within 2 business days of receiving those details. Monthly Refresh lists are delivered each billing month and never repeat leads you have already received from us.
How you may use the lists
- Lists are licensed for your own business's prospecting and your clients' campaigns. Please don't resell or publish them.
- You are responsible for sending your own outreach in line with the CAN-SPAM Act and any other laws that apply to you, including honoring opt-out requests.
- Lists contain business contact information that businesses publish themselves. We don't sell consumer data.
Accuracy
Business details change, so we can't promise that every detail stays accurate after delivery. Our bounce guarantee (below) covers email addresses that don't work.
Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't responsible for the results of your outreach campaigns.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Refunds & guarantee
One-time packages
- If we haven't delivered your list within 5 business days of receiving your niche and area, you can request a full refund.
- Because lists are digital and can't be returned, completed deliveries aren't refundable. We fix problems with replacements instead.
Monthly Refresh
- Cancel anytime by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; there are no partial refunds for the current month.
- If a month's list isn't delivered, that month is refunded.
How to request a refund or replacement
Email Team@dreamlistleads.com with your order email and the details. We reply within 2 business days.
Privacy
Information we collect from customers
- When you buy: your name, business name and email, collected through Stripe checkout. Stripe processes your card; we never see or store your full card number.
- When you email us: your message and contact details, so we can reply and deliver your order.
We use this only to fulfill orders, provide support and keep required business records. We don't sell customer information.
Businesses included in our lists
Our lists are built from information businesses publish publicly, such as their website and business listings. Any business can ask to be removed from future lists by emailing Team@dreamlistleads.com with the subject "Removal request." We process removals within 10 business days.
This website
This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address, under Google's own privacy policy.
Changes
If we update these policies, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
